When will my order ship?
WEB SPECIAL - FREE Ground Shipping: To qualify for FREE Ground Shipping, your order subtotal must be between $189.95 and $499.95. This offer is only eligible for online orders shipped to addresses within the United States (Alaska and Hawaii do not apply). Orders will be processed within one business day and will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Express orders (UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day Air) received by 1pm PST (Mon-Fri, weekends and holidays excluded) will be processed and shipped on the same day. For example, an express order received on a Friday at 1:30pm PST will not be shipped until the following Monday, assuming that day is not a holiday.
UPS Ground orders, 3 Day Select, USPS orders and USPS Media Mail orders will be processed the following business day. International orders will ship within 3 business days.

If your order is being shipped within the Continental U.S. states, it should arrive at your shipping address in 3-7 business days. (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.)
Eastern Time Zone: 5 to 7 business days
Central/Mnt. Zone 4 to 5 business days
Pacific Time Zone 3 to 4 business days
Alaska and Hawaii: 7 to 10 business days
International Orders: 15 to 20 business days

All International orders are shipped USPS. Shipping rates do not include tariffs, duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. All brokerage tax, bonds, tariffs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Fitness Anywhere has no control of packages delayed by routine custom checks.
